From I-95 heading south
- Take 462 East 10 Miles to the intersection of 462 and 336
- Continue straight 4 miles (462 turns into 336) to Snake Road (S-27-54)
- Left on Snake Road 2-1/2 miles
- BJWSA on left
From Beaufort
- At the intersection of Highway 21 and 170, take 170 South 12 Miles to stop light at Snake Road (S-27-54)
- BJWSA on right
From Savannah, Hilton Head, and Okatie
- Take 170 North to Beaufort to the traffic light at the intersection of Callawassie Island and Snake Road (a General Store/Exxon station will be on the right)
- Turn left onto Snake Road
- BJWSA is on the right
From Savannah Airport
- Take I-95 North to SC Exit 8
(Highway 278) - Follow Highway 278 to 141 (John Smith Road) to Highway 170
